Privacy Policy

All websites under the ownership of Jamie Auld (www.jamieauld.com.au, www.gcpropertyphotography.com.au, www.jamieauldphotography.com.au) follow a very basic and easy to understand method of privacy protection in order to keep all clients safe, regardless of the method of contact. To start with, all websites under the Jamie Auld banner interact with each other in some way shape or form and information is stored on a shared website and email server. Currently, I am a sole-trader which means that you will only ever be contacted by me so your information will stay exclusively available to one person. I believe in treating others like I want to be treated. No one likes being harassed by unsolicited calls or emails and as such your details are never shared to an external party unless requested in order to gain access to a third party provider (such as specialty videography and floor plans). All clients, vendors and other customers that request information on such specialty services are typically given the details for that provider and suggested to contact them directly. Only upon special request will I share your details with the relevant providers and I will inform you of their name and company so you know who you can expect to hear from. For all websites to function, some cookies may be loaded into your browser for both performance and aesthetic reasons. These may include some performance & tracking cookies from my website provider (www.divhunt.com) and GoogleFonts. Services such as Google Analytics are not utilised on these websites although some performance and navigation tracking may be reported back to me as part of the website provider's services now and into the future. Additional cookies may also be required for use of the booking features utilised across my websites (www.trafft.com), these are required during the booking process. If you wish to avoid any cookies being installed, please contact me directly via the contact form. Information sent through via my contact forms will be kept on my website server as well as sent through to me via email hosted separately. As such a copy of your information will be stored on the website server itself once the contact form has been submitted. You may request this information be deleted from my server, simply write to me via email and I will delete the information as soon as reasonably possible. I may also periodically delete old contact information for past clients and vendors who only require my services for a short time. Vendor and tenant information is not stored long-term on any phone or device I own and is typically deleted once all work is completed unless ongoing contact is required. When images are edited, at times they may be done so by a third party. When images are sent to my editor, all metadata relating to the client, address, suburb location and agency (if applicable) is stripped before they access the images. The metadata is only reapplied during the final export once I have done my checks and tweaks of the images in my own editing program before being sent to you. Clicking any social media links to view specific accounts may result in potential tracking from these external sites, including the website you have visited from, your location and other personal information outside of my control which may result in targeted ads relating to your searches. Under no circumstances will your information be sold to any company or distributed to other relevant providers without your expressed written permission.
